  1. I startet doing yoga not long ago and I sleep better and feel good after that. I recommend doing it even 10min feels good. The stretch releases the tension and all the bad things.

  2. i think yoga effects are like tea "calming" effects: it does help with something, but putting your mind into a calming ritual that its what really calms, relax and helps you to try being a better person

  3. I have been doing yoga for the past 1.5 years
I am not super flexible, but totally getting there.
I had scoliosis from childhood and experienced severe back pain, so I decided to give it a try. 10-15 min a day. Sound like nothing. But as they say, consistency is the key. I have never been happier, I toned a little bit, my arms are stronger and I can lift weights easier and drum roll…. my scoliosis is gone!!!
I am super excited to see where it gets me in 5 or 10 years.
I am doing yoga with Kassandra on Youtube. She is super sweet!

  4. Yoga is the one best multipurpose activity one can incorporate in the daily schedule. I feel fit mentally and physically since I am into yoga. I feel calm and happy for no reason. I love yoga and I am a proud Bhartiya ❤

  5. It irks me to go through the comments where most people are all about Yoga with Adrienne or whoever they idealise. Guys, 'Yog' is a way of life. It is not just a bunch of postures and stretching as many people preach. It has various aspects to it. The food and beverages one consumes, the timing of asana performance, self reflection during mediation and many more. No doubt, the physical factor contributes highly to healing and relaxation but just limiting it to those external phenomena, in my opinion, debases the highly valued, ancient Indian way of life.
