Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is YOGA FOR BACK PAIN. This is a somewhat short practice at about 20 minutes long & should be doable for most. This practice does contain a couple standing postures as well. The goal for this video is to stretch, lengthen, & strengthen the back to help alleviate pain you may be experiencing. Low back pain is VERY common, especially amongst Americans, so doing a little stretching everyday may be beneficial to many of you. Being consistent with your practice will yield the best results.
