  1. Although this was good for back, I didn’t feel that it really targeted the sciatica. Would love if you did one specifically for sciatica.
Love your videos Cole! Been using them religiously for a couple of years now. Nothing better than waking up straight into some morning yoga!

  2. This was great! The stretches actually had some pops happening for me, which rarely happens. Quick note … as a chesty woman, bringing my cheek or chin to the floor doesn't happen. You may want to mention in future to support the head or chin on the hands to support the neck, if you can't bring the face to the mat. Thank you!!

  3. loved the rolling bridges! everything else was great too, good to have a hip opener and some core work, since I always can't force myself to do core yoga reguraly. didn't quite get the rainbow thing tbh, but I just need to find a right position for it when I have more time. thank you for your work, for your soothing words and your beautiful atmosphere, dear Cole <3

  4. Hi Cole,
I love all your yoga videos…I was wondering if you could make a yoga for Fibromyalgia and/or for people that do not have as much stability in their legs.(I currently use a cane to get around and have a harder time with some of the poses).

    Thanks!

  5. As always a great session. I felt the rainbow was hard to do, and I definitely missed threading the needle from a table top (my all time favourite exercise!). I really like shaking my hips when lying down, really loosens up the tension in my lower back 🙂

  6. I am so grateful for your videos, I am learning so much. I wonder if you would be interested in doing a video for relieving anxiety. I know yoga helps my frame of mind, I wonder if there are practices specially for that. Thank you.

  7. Thanks, Cole! That was brilliant. I struggled with the straddle-legged position and rainbow stretch (I always have problems sitting straight up, even in a cross-legged position.) but the rest of the stretches felt wonderful!

  8. hi. I love your practices! I had neck surgery a few months ago,and now i am having the worset upper back and bottom of shoulder blade pain in my life. (well, really all of should, but mostly bottom. a lot of the shoulder stretches seem to cause it pain0. Anyway, at first i thought it was my posture muscles being woken up after not being used in so long, but it seems to progressively be getting worse. Are there any practices or specific moves you would recommend to alieviate or atleast to help this? Thankyou so much. i love how I can do almost any of your practices at night because they seem so meditative.
