  1. I've been doing this video/yoga practice for about two years now. It has helped me a lot. I tend to hold physical and emotional stress in my shoulder blades. This video has helped workout those knots also taught me how to not cold and carry that stress my shoulder blades.

I just have a question, I realized the other day I might be curving in my lower back / tailbone in or out too much. I also have a problem with pudding strain on my lower back. I do keep my upper back straight, I'm just wondering where or how I should be sitting or positioning my lower back / tailbone?

  2. Hi- when I did the stretch with my head to the left and my right arm lifted with the hand flexed, I got really dizzy. I usually get this when deeply stretching my right side, but only my right side. Do you have any insight into this? I've tried to breathe through it but it feels like I will pass out.

  3. I have Fibromyalgia and two slipped disks in my neck. I’ve been doing this video probably once a week for 5 years. I don’t really need the video anymore but it’s lovely when Adrienne tells you that you rock.
