Hello from our 1960 AIRBNB in the city. We have been on the road for over a month.
This class was aptly shot during a THUNDERSTORM and rain. It is all-level vinyasa flow. It includes a standing vinyasa flow with emphasis on the breath. Twists, elongations, core, legs, and upper body work.

I got into other sports and for a long time no longer did yoga, also because the more recent yoga movements didn't suit me well. I have been coming back to your videos because of chronic pain from injury and I now faced huge anxiety and trauma in my mid 30s. Your voice and videos are still a healer for body and mind.
