  1. My age is now 65yrs.& I am a patient of High blood pressure. Since 3 months I can not sleep properly and I feel fatigue & tired next whole day, in addition to that I feel anxiety pressure whenever I go to bed for relaxation, my mind most of the time has been occupied with overthinking. Just 3 days ago I have watched your yoga on this problem & immediately I have started to follow your video but unfortunately I am unable to do the same posture because I have pain in my knees , that's why I can not sit in yoga postures properly. I request you to provide easier posture so that We ,the senior citizen can do it & heal ourselves, from India…

  2. Thanks a lot for this flow! Now I feel like I released every part of my body not just outside, but inside as well. Also I feel a bit nauseous after deep breathing. I would be grateful for some peace of advice here❤
