Welcome, my friends. I’m Jen Hilman. In this video I’m going to guide you through some simple gentle yoga stretches to help relieve mental and emotional anxiety. I know it’s been a tough time. We’ve all been through a lot, and anxiety is through the roof. But you can relieve that feeling of anxiety by tuning into your breath and your body.
Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.

Perfect timing as i'm suffering physically from anxiety disorder. I recently discovered Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) which alleviates the symptoms, and so does this routine so I don't need to use a pharmaceutical anymore for relief 👍🏼
