  1. Back again with this practice for TEND – April 2026 Day 5 but I'm a day behind. Sending love & gratitude to Adriene & the community here. We got this. Even if we are "behind". Maybe it's just a lesson to not stress and just go with the flow.

  2. TEND, day 5. April 2026. This was a gorgeous, and well timed Yoga practice, for me today. I needed a Yoga practice to make me feel better, as I feel a little off today. I've had two flare ups, with my Fibromyalgia this week, and it's taken it's toll. So this practice was a breath of fresh air, today. Thank you, Adriene. ❤ I've also gotten out of my normal routine, with being so ill. So my mantra today was, "I choose to follow my routine." Routines always comfort me. 😊 It is also spring, here in the UK at the time of me doing this practice, and it's Easter Sunday. 🐣 So happy Easter! To all who celebrate. Have a great day everyone! I choose to embrace the present moments as gifts. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤🦋 P.S. I read my previous comment from 3 months ago about choosing to be Consistent with running 🏃🏿‍♀️ again. I am so happy to share I am consistently running 🏃🏿‍♀️ 5 days a week. Weekend workouts 💪🏿 are extra credit. My husband and I walked 🚶🏿‍♀️ in the park yesterday and lifted weights at the second park (they have weight attached to cables). 😊
