Wow, I am egregiously inflexible, like can’t even sit with my legs out straight without extreme tightness and resistance (ie pain). After doing this once, I sit with my legs out comfortably for a few seconds, which is more than I’ve ever been able to do. Baby steps. This was really helpful.

My hips are completely stiff from long sitting hours at the computer and i'm only 29. I'm trying to work on it and hope it gets better over time.
