  1. Wow, I am egregiously inflexible, like can’t even sit with my legs out straight without extreme tightness and resistance (ie pain). After doing this once, I sit with my legs out comfortably for a few seconds, which is more than I’ve ever been able to do. Baby steps. This was really helpful.
