  1. Alright I saw a couple of shorts here that claimed all sorts of relief but this one might actually do the trick. Most others are too intensive to do right after getting out of bed due to morning aches and fatigue bit this exercise you can actually do while still laying in bed.

  2. Yo lo hago al revés 😅… Subo una rodilla y el brazo del mismo lado lo paso x debajo del otro brazo 😅🤷🏼 ufff se siente super bien en la espalda baja y además como mi cartílago está delicado también me ayuda a caminar mejor.
