  1. Thank you for these stretch exercises, I love it so much!
    I just have a small problem. When my left arm is above the head, I get a back pain in the right side od the back (not the stretch feeling on the left side, as you said it should be). What could I do wrong, because it looks like I'm doing everything like you do.

  2. I was in so much discomfort I could cry, found this and wow! I used to stretch all the time as a child doing dance, but as you grow older you seem to forget the importance of stretching 🥲🥲 Definitely going to strive for a consistent routine of stretching after this – I feel so much better ☺
