  2. I couldn't do everything in single go ,I had to take small breaks in between ,is it normal for some initial days ?? but I sweat alot I am feeling that I am really doing something good and right for my body ❤❤

  4. I do your yoga sessions …like i do as per one video for few days then change to other video of yours for few days is it okay?? Or should i stick to one video ?? Or shuffling through your videos on daily basis is good?? Because some videos are really fat burning and some are peaceful
