Welcome to this after work yoga routine to help you relax and unwind after a busy day. This full body routine will help you stretch your whole body and release any tension that’s built up through the day so that you can enjoy your evening.

In this practice we will:
– start in Childs pose giving you time to check in with your body
– move through gentle side stretches, a wrist and spine warm up in tabletop
– open the chest and shoulder in puppy pose, sphinx and release lower back tension with a supine lower back release
– then we’ll move into lower body stretches – 3 leg down dog, lizard lunge with a twist, pigeon pose
– finish the way we started by slowing down in Childs pose to help you let go of the work day

I hope you enjoy this after work yoga flow.

  1. I want to thank you from the heart for all that you do. You are truly unique. I hope you realize how many souls you touch. Keep sharing your energy and knowledge as long as you can, and want of course.
    Thank you.

  2. Anwen Reid’s anxiety quiz is one of those things you open because you’re bored and then accidentally start taking seriously. I even went back and reconsidered one of my answers because I realized I was choosing what I wanted to be true instead of what was actually true.

  3. oh wow this is fantastic! i really appreciate the fairly minimal cues. i’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years but now my life is so crazy, i work an extremely high stress job at a treatment center and am in grad school and more and more often i find myself….well, taking no intentional time for myself at all. this was exactly what i needed. thank you!

  4. This was exactly what I needed tonight, finally having some time for myself after more than 24 hours of child care and housework (with a 5 year old son and 2 months old baby). Thank you, Charlie ❤ I love your style, it resonates so well with me and I can really wind down and regain energy after your practices 🌷
