This is a 15 minute guided yoga flow in English. It includes power asanas that will give your body and mind an energy boost and prepare you for your day.
Things to Remember while you practice asanas –
1. Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and your practice. If you’ve eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient.
2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes. Please DO NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothes while practising asanas. You skin requires fresh air during asanas.
3. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you while you practice. This will allow you to observe your posture and help you auto-correct.
4. Do not practice if you are pregnant or if you have had any type of surgery in the past 12 months. Also, do not practice if you have back or neck related issues.

I'm glad that despite it was an stretching class we did work the manipura! The climbers felt harder despite me practicin manipura for various days with your other videos but just because I only noticed now that you don't bend your back while bringing the legs forward. However I'm glad to know that since a couple years ago, dolphin is still easier for me than it was at the very beggining of my yoga classes more than ten years ago! Namaste! 🙏

This is a great, energising flow. I had been doing much gentler morning flows and this is a perfect next stage.
I have no idea how this happened but after this practice I showered them I felt hot and sick in my stomach, maybe even lightheaded . So I lied on the bed and breathed calmly. I started to felt a sensation, a release rise up from my middle, and I just started crying and crying!! Lasted for like 3 minutes. Then it stopped like a light switch. I was like whatt just happened? I stood up light and refreshed and so happy. I think it was the yoga, but how??

I was not knowing what does it mean "your abdomen burning" for the first 2 days but the third day I got to know when my abdomen was really burning.
