Initially I was paying $34+ monthly for programs when there was an even better FREE plan here! Just started my 3rd trimester today (first pregnancy😅) and what better way to begin than with you!😊
Ps. Don’t listen to the negativity—I (and countless others) love it when you’re dog and kids are in your videos.❤️
I must be in the minority. I thought this stretching video was hard and uncomfortable! I stopped halfway through (wasn't feeling it) but kudos to this instructor and everyone else who can do it. I have to do and stick with something easier xD.
Thank you for this ! I want a better delivery and third time around and I’m not going in all stiff this time
Please when is the right time in 3rd trimester to start exercise for preparation of labour? ( eg second to the last month or last month?)
and I agree with the other mommy, I paid a lot for real life classes some of them claim to have prenatal experience and physiotherapist but this one really relieved my pain and tension! keep up the great work xx
thank you so much! just wanna let u know, you went international and the whole routine and your genuine sharing while doing it with us are all very useful 🥰💗💗💗🤝🙏🏻
Finding this early in my third trimester as a ftm. So glad my search brought me to this video and your channel. Thank you for the stretches, education & encouragement! God bless you & your family! ❤

this is the best stretching video I’ve done during my pregnancy! Is it OK to be doing this in my second trimester? I’m 23 1/2 weeks.
Thank you Ashley! The atmophere is so great! I loved seeing your daughter and it gave kind of warm feeling! I enjoyed this workout a lot!
I wish you can talk less. too much talking and have to listen again and again.

I loved doing this routine with you and sweet Ava just now! As a mom to a little girl, pregnant for a second time, I TOTALLY understand having "real life" content like you just provided. I love it!! THANK YOU for being real, showing a real life moment, and embracing your beautiful family while doing what you love. You are an inspiration to us and your children 🙂
Thank you for your wonderful Free videos and program! Don’t listen to the women complaining about your kids on the hip mobility video… I find it admirable, how you can do it all and have the kiddos being their free selves in the background. I am pregnant with my first baby, and you give me hope that I can run my small business while taking care of kids. Thank you again!
My husband likes this stretching routine, it got his attention hahaha! This feels great at 34 weeks 🙂

A really wonderful video! I will plan on incorporating it at least once a week now that I’m in my third trimester! Thank you for bringing so much value into each and every video you create. I always look forward to the informational tidbits you provide. I’ll have to try nettle tea now 🙂
Why is that last move so difficult for me? What can I do to loosen up those muscles to help delivery?
Just did this on my lunch break in my office! I am 25 weeks pregnant as a surrogate for my friend. I had a c-section with my son 3 years ago. My OB recommended I try a natural delivery, the doctors at the hospital recommended I stick with a scheduled c-section. I am on the fence, so our plan is to see if I am dilated at 39 weeks. IF I'm not dilated then they will schedule my c-section however I'm doing all of you workouts that I can to hopefully help have the best outcome for all! I'm loving your workouts so far!! Thank you so much for the advice during the workouts as well like dates and teas! I can't wait to see how this delivery goes!
I'm here to say thank you Ashley. This really worked for me. When you said we should do it a few days in a week, I heard "do it everyday" 😂.. So I binged on this work out from about 26 weeks almost everyday day.
At 39 weeks I started feeling contractions and I thought they were Braxton Hicks. I woke up one morning at about 5 am and the contractions were a bit intense, I got on child pose till about 7 am.
I started breathing through it and also walking up and down the stairs until I couldn't anymore and I knew it was already time.
My labor was only 2 hours no epidural and our bouncing baby boy was out without a tear. Thank you❤
Im 34 weeks tomorrow! Ive been doing the raspberry leaf tea and the dates. What was the other type of tea you mentioned?
This seems too much for the baby in the womb..
we must consider baby’s movement while pregnant.
In many ways baby will be squeezed in your exercise.
Cool
I am at week 29 and am experiencing hip pain that keeps me up at night. Started doing this video for the last four nights and haven't been having the pain! I hope this is safe to do every single day because I NEED THE GOOD SLEEP!
