Is this beneficial if going through the integration phase of kundalini awakening? Also diagnosed CPTSD and it currently feels like every fear I've ever felt has come up at once and I'm practising surrendering to the process. It feels terrifying. Hi. I know you have a number of videos for trauma. My ability to focus is Ike ADHD . In honesty for what is best. For people with early childhood Sxul abuse and violence., is there a very specific one you can do for this? Maybe mudra than can be used anytime anywhere, athe best mantra for grounding and safety. I sometimes get dizzy when doing some of the practices. A lot of fear and victim scared kid tho I'm an adult. Thank u

Do you have one or could you possibly make one for people with significant trauma from early childhood. Even being able to want to be here in the body. Real core foundations based for adult children who fear, shame, confusion and for body to help. Maybe third eye is not best focus. Thank you.
