Breathe and Flow offers a functional, yoga-inspired approach to movement and conscious living.
Led by Bre and Flo Niedhammer, our work blends strength, mobility, breath, awareness, and philosophy into practices that support real life, not just time on the mat.

On YouTube, you’ll find a library of classes and practices you can explore freely. Inside the Wolfpack membership, practice is held within a clear path, shared rhythm, and ongoing guidance.

This is yoga as a way of life, grounded in the body, shaped by awareness, and lived over time.

  1. I cannot tell you how much I truly appreciate this quiet class. It’s so refreshing! One thing that has been bothering me immensely during this pregnancy is the constant over-explaining and over-interpreting from so many people when what I feel mostly is the need to turn inwards… Namaste 🙏

  2. That was my first experience of a silent class and I loved it so much! I practiced before bed but even in the morning or during the day I would appreciate an activity without any communication / words to calm down and relax my mind. Feels amazing, thank you so much from a twin pregnant mama❤

  3. Thank you so much for this. It is the perfect blend of stretching and strengthening. I’m still in the first trimester but it’s been hard to find a prenatal yoga that isn’t either very slow and stretchy or only strength and there are many poses that are already uncomfortable in regular vinyasa. I’ve been doing this class every day!

  4. Bre—I was postpartum when you came out with these videos and now I’m feeling so much gratitude to be practicing in my first trimester with my second. I dream that my family will join you for a yoga retreat one day 😊

  5. This was such an amazing practice, 18 mins went by in a flashhhh, loved the ding sounds to remind me to change poses, that way I can stop looking at the screen and enjoy the stretch. Can u do more of these silent prenatal yogas plsssss, they are so hard to come by!

  6. I've been doing this yoga routine for a month now (daily). I wanted to comment and say thank you for this – the silent format is by far my favorite and its hard to find good silent videos, hence I'm so happy to have found yours. And the aesthetics are also so calming and awesome ✨
    Thank you creator~

  7. What a lovely practice, Bree! I'm a Yoga teacher and a i have a student who is pregnant too. I will share something like this class with her. Thanks for inspered us. Lots of gratitude and love for you and your bealtiful family ✨💜

  8. Thank you Bre. At 21 weeks I didn’t know how much I needed a quiet practice to just BE with Baby. Got the transitions down after the first watch. Now this will go on my rotation until baby comes. And likely after. 🤍
