This class was designed for expecting mothers in all trimesters to enjoy yoga & fitness while pregnant. Through a series of completely pregnancy safe and customizable exercises and stretches, we will gently push our body to release tension, stress, and any sore muscles or unbalanced aspect of our entire beings.
It is incredibly important to listen to your body at all stages of your journey, bringing life into the world. If it is telling you to sit out, a stretch doesn’t feel right at this time, or part way through if you need to stop completely… all of this is PERFECTLY ok, and you should listen and understand that this is just how you are in this moment right now. If you try again in an hour, or a day, or a week, it is incredibly likely your body then will give you different messages based on where you are at then too.
So experiment with yourself. Listen carefully. Drink lots of water. And take this well deserved 30 minutes to let go and just have fun. 🙂

I feel amazing! You're always my go to pregnant or not. Thank you for being a beautiful light ❤
It's good to find a challenging workout for pregnancy however the music in the series makes me feel stressed. I guess I'm the only one feels like it, maybe I'm hypersensitive but I found the music rather suitable for cardio, I'd wanted to have something more relaxing that we can focus on our breath. This way I felt like I gotta rush to follow the movements. This was my second day on the series but I couldn't even finish the video because of that reason and will not continue doing the series.
At 32 weeks I am starting to feel trapped in my body and frustrated with pregnancy. Even going to shop groceries has become challenging and the middle of harsh Korean summer has me confined to home most days. I tried this practice today to do something good for myself and wow! I felt such a big release all throughout the video. I cried like a baby by the end. Thank you so much 🩷 I'll be back tomorrow for another session 😌
