  1. Hey so my weight is 83 kgs and I have pcos I started doing excercises and in variation with your other videos as well I definitely feel great

    It's been a month just lost 1 kg is there anything I am doing wrong ?

  2. I am 36y, just had a baby 4m ago, and I was 156 before getting pregnant and was already 20 lbs overweight since covid.

    Today I am Starting today at 158.2 lbs. I started the workout yesterday and will be trying to add more protein and salads to my diet for now.

    Day 1: kicked my butt a little but I finished it.

    Day3 can't complete bt 7mintues only doing bt i can't walk more pain in my knees

    Day 5-7 heavy pain and completed
    Day 8 suffering fever and heavy body pain 14 to 21 heavy body pain and fever i can't do yoga
    Day 8 strat apirl 22 I'm normal and back to yoga
    Day 9 completed

  6. 3 April 2026 ~
    I want to go on a legit weight loss journey so that I can become fit and healthy. I have tried to go to the gym and do home workouts but I start breathing really heavy in less than 5 minutes. I am never able to complete anything and it just lowers my self esteem. I feel like yoga is the way, something relaxing and slow… something that does not suck my soul out.
