  1. Sir height grow karne ki exersice par complete video banaye meri daughter ki height kam hai aur jin kids ki height grow nahi ho rahi hai unko bhi. Video dekh kar help milegi height grow karne mei short height is a big problem for young generation

  2. Maine yeh exercise 2 Nobember se start ki thi maine aaj apna weight measure kiya but mera toh 78 kg tha ab 79.6 kg aa ra h aisa kyo?

    Bus maine lauki ko boil karke nahi khaya tha

  3. Maine kal 6 November se inki video dekh kr join Kiya tha….or mere 6 November ko weight 67.10 kg tha…or ek din mai hi maine apna weight check kiya toh 65.40 hai …jo ki mere liye miracle hai….Thank u so much sir
