  1. Letzte Woche habe ich die Übungen durchgeführt, da fiel es mir schwer und zwei Übungen konnte ich nicht so perfekt umsetzen.
    Jetzt diese Woche hatte ich gar keine Probleme.
    Und ich bin 58 Jahre alt, habe vor 2,5 Monaten Sport angefangen .Obwohl ich Krafttraining noch nie mochte aber parallel gibt es noch Lauftraining .
    Die Übungen machen wirklich Spaß.

  2. Do not watch these videos. these videos are apart of diet culture. its just gonna make you feel bad that you arent doing it all day every day. its only gonna make you feel bad about your self, ive been going through eating disorder treatment for 3 almost 4 months now, its really not worth it.

  4. My first day. I’m 68. I did 4 of these 30 times each. I could not do the 2 far right ones AT ALL. Could not do 3x 30. And I’ve been doing chair yoga for seniors for 7-8 months but core still a bit weak. I saved this and will keep at it and adding in more. Thank you

  5. Good morning I’m 62 and I completed this session today. Not the prettiest form when I got to the last one. For me this was a full body workout. Definitely got my heart pumping. Thanks 🙏 for sharing and hoping I can continue this a couple times a week, or daily.
