This was great! My entire body got worked – my glutes and legs/thighs burned, my abs were engaged, and my arms hurt during/after the push-ups! I paused at the end during Cool-Down and did some more ab and glutes/legs exercises, and they BURNED. Thank you, Adriene, for this strong but also relaxing Yoga workout!

You really never do know what life is going to introduce or throw at you… for around 7-8 years I worked out consistently and then life got complicated with watching little babies, illnesses and etc…
