  1. This was great! My entire body got worked – my glutes and legs/thighs burned, my abs were engaged, and my arms hurt during/after the push-ups! I paused at the end during Cool-Down and did some more ab and glutes/legs exercises, and they BURNED. Thank you, Adriene, for this strong but also relaxing Yoga workout!

  2. You really never do know what life is going to introduce or throw at you… for around 7-8 years I worked out consistently and then life got complicated with watching little babies, illnesses and etc…

    This kind of workout used to be easy. It’s not anymore.

    I’m grateful though, that this is always here. This beautiful Yoga Practice with Adriene.

  3. This was/is AMAZING! I’m just recovering from a cold, and this was perfect. Powerful, strong & a little sweaty, but not too much. My glutes, legs/thighs and abs were working hard and burning. Thank you!!

  4. I love your videos, but the extended time on deep breaths, and the videos in the beginning make me very relaxed and I don’t wanna get up lol and then you go through the poses too quickly for me. But I do appreciate you and you are amazing. Thank you.
