It's more of a workout (for me 7months) than yoga..but thank you, it makes sweat,
Way too hard 😅
Reminder to self, not so gentle but a good workout and challenge when you have energy. Liked it!
YOURE GORGEOUS
This was not gentle at all! I managed to do it, with less repetitions and taking breaks but it didnt feel right the level of exigence and the postures for an advanced pregnancy. I wouldnt recommend unless you are very fit before pregnancy.
Hmmm maybe next time. still kind of happy to do at least half way
Thank you for all your free pregnancy content. I was exercising at least 2 times a week with you whole pregnancy. Until 40+1. And I just gave a VBAC birth without any injuries.
I would recommend your videos to every woman! ❤ Can’t wait to get back after postpartum. 🙂
Thanks to this vid we were able to finish the password game, TYSM
Lol 18 weeks and this was tough!
I’m at 18 weeks and will be doing this religiously. I’ve tried so many prenatal exercises and this one made me feel like I was actually working my body for once. I feel like I’ll be so much stronger in just weeks after doing this at least 3-4 times a week
More like this pleaseee
Hi, big fan of Boho here. Im in my end of first trimester and i just tried this class for the first time. Just looking for actual feedback who really did all this exercise during their pregnancy and gave birth. I just find these exercises are a bit too hard and maybe tighten the muscles that actually need to be stretched instead. But you know i havent worked out for almost three months and obviously i find it hard to get back. Please give honest feedback
Great to gradually build up strength. There are always modifications that one can apply. Thank you!
I would consider myself a beginner, and i was hesitant from the comments but after doing it 24 weeks pregnant, its doable, not easy. The only part where I tapped out into child's pose was the spiderman reaches. I think this is doable for most and it is "gentle" for pregnancy. I think people were expecting something easy because of the title.
Not for beginners and defintely not gentle but good practice
now this was a real pregnancy workout! thank you
factastic yoga practice, it´s my firts baby <3
Thank you for the class!❤
As someone who works out five days a week and is looking for a way to still feel accomplished while also being kind to my 19-week preggo body, this practice was great for me. However! I could absolutely see how someone who does not enjoy exercise with it turned off by practice. I for one I’m saving it and adding it to my week!
Agree with others that this is more of a workout than a gentle flow. Felt more like mat Pilates than yoga imo. It was still enjoyable because I was looking for more of a challenge today.
I’ve done this class throughout both of my pregnancies and it has helped me stay active! I’m in week 34 now and everything hurts but I try to adjust the movements the best I can. Thank you for this! 🙏🏼
Way too hard workout, only good for well trained women, too much stress on the wrists, I had to stop at min 16. Pity 🙁
I've been struggling with hip pain in my pregnancy and my hips felt so good after this!! ♥️💪
