  1. I did excercises with your videos 2 years ago in my second pregnancy, and now I am doing again with my third. I thank you a lot!! Your videos have been a great help, they are amazing!

  2. I giggle at the comments about saying to music is too upbeat… there’s times I can barely hear the guidance because I’m trying to follow along in our garage gym while my husband has his music playing and he’s lifting weights. 😅

  3. Thank you again I’m towards the end of my pregnancy and have been struggling today and really wasn’t in the mood but I really enjoyed your videos once again and was happy to have upbeat music 😊

  4. Thank you so much. I needed this practice really badly as I’ve been feeling lost and confused about how exactly to do pregnancy yoga and definitely cried at the end.

  5. I have been using this pregnancy yoga video throughout my first pregnancy back in 23 and I never stopped using it after pregnancy. I like the easy flow and the affirmations at the end. Now I am pregnant newly with my second child and it is so fun to do this again pregnant. I would love to purchase the pregnancy affirmation cards that you use. What are they?

  6. do you know any other YT channel that offers more challenging exercises? This is pretty boring yoga, same positions all the time through different videos, and too easy streching 🙁
