  1. I love all the routines I've done of yours, but I have far from tried them all. I'm not sure if you have one for Upper Cross Syndrome, but I really have issues with that, and lots of pain from it!

  2. My shoukde4s are experiencing the same as my hips. I imagine by the end of this practice we may address it. Tailbone pain video brought me here and i feel the neck may be experiencing the same feeling of being off from compensating for too long

  6. Thank you so much for this video, Joelle! I love the combination of stretching and strengthening (for lower back, abs, glutes, etc.). I find myself pausing your videos to do a few more reps of something or to hold a stretch a bit longer (which is totally fine 🙂 but, I thought I'd ask to see whether you have any videos focused on the lower back that are a bit longer.. like, 20 mins?
