    I loved this session too! I had an inner barrier in doing a 27min exercise as usually trainers get you into more hard core things, things that starters, like me, find it difficult….and what it does is that although you do the exercise till the end, the second time you want to exercise, you have a slight dislike starting, dislike that can lead you to quit the changes you try to do in your life, with your body…..😢. But, with you,😊 the enjoyable and beautifull way you organise the exercises, it made me overcome this psychological barrier and start loving yoga and wanting to do this tomorrow and the next day as well! And your words and kind love for the body helps me do this out of love for my body as well rather than for "i know i have to"!

  2. Adrienne, I have been doing this for years on and off and every time i discover a different feeling in my core. Best to ever do it !!! Can you please make another video with a full body stretch and some lower ab strength ??? PLEASEEEEE ❤️❤️❤️

I watched someone else yesterday and I was miserable during the workout and the whole day after, but somehow you strike just the right note with me. I feel like it’s okay to do what I can and there’s no shame if I can’t do everything, and I feel invited back whenever I’m ready for more. Thank you thank you!!
