  1. Started this practice about three weeks ago, twice a week, I am extremely rigid in my hips and hamstrings, I have come a long way since then but still not where I want to be so I’m going to continue as long as I can to get the results I want, thanks Nico!!

  2. This is a perfect addition to my workout! I'll be doing this daily until I can sit legs crossed comfortably. Then I'll move into some of your more advanced videos. The music is perfect as well. Loved it ❤
