  1. I just wanted to say thank you. I haven’t been one to be consistent with any type of workout, but I did this stretch routine after your 5 minute warm up video most days of my pregnancy. It got me through my long workdays and kept me moving, relieving tightness from sleeping and preparing me for my day. I attribute a big part of not being too sore and being able to move pretty well throughout my full pregnancy to this stretch routine. I am now using your postpartum videos to help get back to my full self. They are all very easy to understand and I love that I can find videos of different lengths and types depending on how I’m feeling that day. I’m glad I can continue to find videos for me now that my baby is here. Thank you!!!

  2. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and I work as a pharmacist on my feet for 11 hours. Adding this stretch in the mornings has really made such a big difference in my back pain, I can feel it when I don’t follow this video in the morning!! Thank you for sharing ❤

  3. I found your page in my second trimester for my last pregnancy, I stayed in shape and had a great pregnancy and I think it was because I did your workouts and I walked 5-10 miles every day (until the last 2 months… Dropped down to 2-4 miles and even less the last few weeks lol)
I just found out I'm pregnant and I'm so happy to have you from the very beginning!
I did follow some of your postpartum work outs but having my first baby was a huge transition for me and now I'm ready to take on the challenge of two babies with your help to keep me going! Thank you so much for these videos! I love that you noted that you have videos for kiddos too! My first born is too young right now but by the time the next Baby is here maybe she can try doing some with me. I need to look into it! She's going to be 18 months when the new baby gets here. I'll have to learn what toddlers can do for fun work outs with mommy!

  4. I am 11 weeks along, and this is the first time I have been in the gym in about 6 weeks before that i was running and in the gym 3 to 4 days a week. I was feeling so sick and tired. Today I walked for 10 mins and did this routine. Humbled and grateful, Thank you!

  5. Just wanted to say that I followed you throughout my entire 1st pregnancy and im back for my second pregnancy, in the second trimester and really needed this stretch thank you for making these videos!! ❤

  6. First time trying stretches. Thank you for this amazing video. The movements, your voice, the music, everything was perfect. Im going to be checking out you channel for sure. 🌸

  7. I love the modifications! Thank you so much! I could never do downward dog even before I was pregnant. Every prenatal stretch has downward dog but thank goodness for this video, I felt the right stretches at the right places! ❤

  8. I'm 25 weeks and very appreciative of the physical guidance along with my other safe activity. Thank you. A thought about the encouraging words at the end from a licensed family therapist — kids don't give us strength (that's too much pressure to put on a child) but they certainly help us find the strength that was within us the whole time. ❤

  9. I started to cry at the end! That was such a sweet reminder and I needed to hear it! 🥺❤ Pregnant with my first baby and just entered the 3rd trimester. I'm praying and preparing my body for a natural/unmedicated birth. Thank you for making these videos, they help me so much.

  10. Its actually been Jesus who has confirmed over and over and over that with Him any and every heart ache, grief, loss, pain, can be overcome and result in more lasting peace, joy, and strengrh🙌🏼
