4:26 when I stood up, my vision faded and it legit felt like I was going to pass out. What did I do wrong? 😭
ive started doing yoga again after about 10 years. i have a very varied and often very physical outdoor job but doing 10 to 30 mins after work has really helped just stretch out properly and calm down after sometimes a hectic or cold or muddy day. thanks for the huge range of videos to pick through!

This is the best short routine for beginners wanting to climb back the hill of healing and health. It's energetic, it uses breath and movement to get things going. It's short so no excuses for not having time. It's the best and my go to, now for a long time… I have lots of excuses… I highly recommend.
