  1. Hi Adriene, thank you for making these videos. I had a child at 45 (last year) and with my age and the weight I’d gained, I was in constant pain. I was starting to wonder about RA and fibromyalgia. But now I’m on day 7ish of your yoga videos and I already have so much less pain. I feel stronger, longer, and happier. Seriously, thank you! ❤

  2. Thank you so much for your beautiful work 🙏 This song helps me remember my power and has helped me take a leap forward ✨ I'm infinitely grateful and this has become one of my favorite songs 💜 MUCH LOVE TO ANYONE READING THIS xx

  5. Greetings. I am at a crossroads begging for help. Is this something that could help me? 65yo male, Chiropractor diagnosed with double herniated discs L5, S1 and chronic sciatica.
Gradual onset that started in May 2025 and ended up facedown on the floor for 6wks in September. Pain was excruciating. Every second of every day was a button push away from 911.
Chiropractor says he can’t do anything while it’s under compression but to keep coming back for progress reports. He also warned if I opted for surgery they would just scrape away the herniated disc material and I would have no cushion left and be on pain killers for the rest of my life with ongoing repeat surgery, not to mention risking paralysis every time.
I am a highly active, spiritually mindful, aware and empathic individual, carpenter by trade, Nature Bound, who loves the outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, canoeing, you name it.
Currently my back feels fine but the sciatic nerve burns, especially if I follow the chiropractor’s recommended reverse leg raise to strengthen my lower back. One set of 10 sent me into remission for another week.
I have concluded nobody cares about my health more than me.
    My Recovery Routine:
calf raises, squats, reverse lunges (highly assisted), pushups, deadbug, crunches and glute bridge. Child pose is a bit difficult but I can ease into it. Still walk my trail but can only do about a mile max by current improvement standards. Also it takes 30 to 45min with a walking stick.
One leg and foot are numb with associated ‘drop foot’. The other leg has partial numbness outside thigh.
I am afraid to visit the hospital given the doom and gloom outlook. I listen to people who have had surgery and it’s like anything else – an individual experience.
The worst thing in the world that could happen to me would be to lose my mobility.
Any and all insights, experiences and recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I search for anything I can do to help my body heal.
    ps
    sorry for hijacking your thread.

  6. I am here after struggling with the second video in her 30 days of yoga series. I will likely do this routine a couple more times (because even this beginner video was tough lol). Then I will move onto the third video in the 30 days of yoga series!
I recommend that y'all check out the aforementioned series after you feel comfortable with this routine. Keep up the hard (calming) work everyone!!!
