  1. You're my favorite prenatal Yoga instructor! You explain the moves very well. I'm a FTM at 29 weeks + 1 day pregnant and I just started working out to your videos this week. I'm a preschool teacher who also works with school-age children and I wish I would've started these videos months ago. I'm usually a treadmill runner and weight-lifter but because I want to be gentler to my body, I decided to switch over to low-impact exercises. Actually, before I begin your workouts, I use my Gideon Portable Shiatsu Massage Pillow all along my back, do some light arm, torso and leg stretches and then I do your workouts. Thank you again for the amazing workouts <3

  2. Thank you so much for these videos! I live in a town without any antenatal yoga classes, and these workouts have made such a difference – I already feel more centred and stronger! First time mom, 17 weeks tomorrow, and so grateful!

  3. I'm loving these yoga videos 🙂 iv been using them since 15 weeks and I'm 25 weeks now. Best ever! I'm also paring it with it works stretch mark cream and I have been having the best 2nd pregnancy.

  4. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and recently fell from a chair. I've been experiencing non-stop pain in the buttocks, thighs and legs since then that I could not even walk without a limp. I've had regular therapy massages in the past three days but the pain hasn't alleviated. Forced myself to do follow the poses in this 10-minute clip and I could already feel the difference. Thank you, thank you so much Katy!

  5. This was amazing! Just did episode 2 and 3. Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂 I'm a First Time Mom in my second trimester, and a dancer so modifying dance to now yoga is very fun for me. I love the way you explain and guide everything. And I feel better already. Thanks so much!

  6. How do you progress through the episodes? Is it one a day or one s week ecc.. or you keep doing the same till comfortable with it and then progress to the next one? Thank you for your videos! I'm excited to give it a go!

  7. I really love this series, I find it very helpful and relaxing while stretching my whole body muscles! My question is, for how long should I do this yoga once I start? I started with the first two episodes and this is my first day! Is it OK?! I'm in the second trimester.

  8. These short videos have been amazing for me! This is my second pregnancy but first time really doing yoga. I wish I had done it the first time around! Great videos! Thank you!
