I see all these weight-loss claims and I think I’m gonna do it five days a week for a month and see what happens. I’m gonna do this in the morning. I’m probably gonna do a yin yoga one in the evening. Add in a walk I’d really like to add in a little bit of weightlifting just because fell out of working out and I have gained so much weight I’m over 200 pounds and I just want to get down to the 130s again absolutely uncomfortable
