Here is a quick 15 minute pregnancy morning yoga stretches video that you can do when you’re short on time but want a great full body stretch.
This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in pregnancy in the morning.
You do not need any prior yoga experience to be able to enjoy this yoga classes with me. This is a safe and great prenatal yoga practice for all trimesters of pregnancy. I hope you will enjoy it and this practice will make you feel happy in your own skin.

I haven’t been active so much only but doing some Uber eats the past 2 trimesters. I’m on my third trimester now, and finally decided to do some stretching and taking care of myself by doing some extra activities and exercises. I came across your channel and give this video a try and Lord I feel rusty, and the worst part is that I have gestational carpal tunnel syndrome, so it was a bit difficult for me to hold myself on my hands, but I still gave it a try and felt great to accomplish first day! Thank you! If you have any suggestions would love to read it.
