    Sitting down…
    Close your eyes. Relax your stomach. Relax your hands. Tilt your head back.

    4 very short inhales. Hold 10 secs. Exhale effortlessly. Relax your stomach. Repeat.

  2. I have anxiety now and I think it's because I took a testosterone pill about 3 weeks ago. I'm 30 and now taking medication but it dosent help much. Been trying to figure out what my problem is for the longest time but the walk in clinic doctor thinks I may have anxiety from what I told him. I haven't smoked weed for over 3 weeks now because I don't feel comfortable to.
