  1. Omfg dude i love you. Just did this for 3 sets of like a min. Was able to open my hips more each time. I was numb on my whole left side from jaw to feet. Now everything is almost normal again from just 3 sets! Im gonna do this everyday. I was in pain for 5 years, my back was locking up from time to time and no specialist could fix me

  2. Wow I had a physio session and 6 months of lower back pain I couldn’t explain. Doing this for 5 mins now and I feel how my spine and muscle around it letting go the tension 🤯🤩🤩 THANK U!

  3. Woah – my back popped like 5 little cracks at once just laying down and doing this 😳🤯🥰
I’m a lil too tight and weak in my back/core to raise my body up, but I feel some relief of back pain after those pops, so I’ll keep working on this 💪

  4. I’m a petite woman, 62 yrs old and finding my small frame is becoming weaker and unstable due to 20 yrs of sciatica pain which recently has been improving but now don’t really understand why my lower left back is excruciating in pain, feels like a knot is there that clicks and periodically my back freezes in pain and I have to stop for a minute until the pain subsides. Is this tight hip flexor muscles or connected with sciatica or SI joint problem. I’m stuck!!!!

  5. Just did this at the gym, on my god I didn’t realise how knotted up I am. My right hamstring my left calve my glutes both hips. Great exercise will be doing these daily

  6. Great – that position is also the same as TRE – trauma release exercises. If you hold that position with the hips up for about a minute, your body legs will automatically start to shake and then it can spread to the rest of the body, releasing stress related tension that is locked in the body.
