  2. Hello ma'am actually a bend in nasal septum can make this happen ,means a blockage by birth in left nostrils makes breath through it hard.So can this condition makes a negative impact to life…So such persons can be free from this by doing this pranayama…?

  3. I found the best way to start my day is with exercise, stretching, yoga & meditation because caring for my health & well-being is caring for my happiness & inner peace, my top priority. Moving my body awakens energy, releases tension & builds strength & flexibility. Stretching reconnects me with my body & creates ease. Yoga helps me connect my breath, mind & movement, grounding me while bringing deep relaxation, inner peace & calm. Meditation centers me, quiets mental chatter & deepens self-connection. I also approach my day with mindfulness, staying aware in every action, thought & interaction. This practice keeps me focused, resilient & grateful, guiding choices that support my long-term health, joy & peace.
