  1. Just started going through the this anxiety and panic attacks bit hasn’t gone away after a weeks and I am told yoga helps the depression has subsided but the anxiety is still here. I hope this helps

  3. Yoga and meditation are amazing for your subconscious and rewiring the brain, i felt so sleepy during this that my brain was in the theta waves mode when my subconscious mind was “open” and i was able to dissolve my negative thoughts and reaffirm, this really helped me! Thank you ❤
