There were a few technical issues in the previous video, and since I’m a bit of a tech nerd, I’m re-posting it again. I love working out with you guys! Hope you enjoy the video!

This workout is designed to help you get a flat stomach and defined 11 line abs with no equipment needed!!! We are training EVERY part of our core (Upper, Lower, Side, Whole) in just 10 minutes!

  1. Doing this before my dance performance – our costume has a corset!!
    Day 1 – omg we be burnin
    Day 2 – a bit less but still agh
    Day 3 – Feels a lot easier!
    Day 4 – flatter stomach!!
    Day 5 – not getting out of breath at all!
    Day 6 – nearly a week done and getting so much easier!
    Day 7 – we are a week into it and feel amazing!
    Day 8 – even my posture has improved!
    Day 9 – remember to squeeze your abs for the most burn!
    Day 10 – know all the songs now
    Day 11 – easy as pie!
    Day 12 – shouldn’t have said that for some reason my side abs hurt so bad!!
    Day 13 – they still be hurting
    Day 14 – two weeks!!
    Day 15 – we getting closer and seeing so much more improvement
    Day 16 – keep remembering and keep up the progress!
    Day 17 – used to it now but the sides be burning today!!

  2. hey! So ik this might be a random question but i want to lose my belly fat without losing the rest of my body weight. So can i still do this exercise for 14 days with only losing belly fat but my weight stays the same bc that’s what i want.‼️‼️‼️

  3. Doing it cuz I wanna come back for and i just wanna feel better and comfortable in my own body…
    Day 1 :- did it…yea it was lil hard it took me sometime to understand the positions and exercises but I did it anyway…so yea
    Day 2:- I completed it. From day 1 itself I had pain in my entire stomach area and the area below it but still with the same pain I managed to do day 2…(I'm sry guys to cheatt but yesterday I had burger king😭ik i shouldn't hve but I promise I won't eat fast food now.

Guys one thing to note is that you can’t lose fat only in specific areas, these exercises will tighten your muscles which will make your stomach look flatter and stuff but spot reduction isn’t possible, not to say that this exercise isn’t helpful just saying it helps with muscle strength not spot reduction

  5. Doing this for a while!!

    Day 1: did it twice. A bit hard but not too much.
    Day 2: did it once. A bit harder but still okay
    Day 3: didn't do since my knees were injured
    Day:4 didn't do since my knees were still hurt
    Day 5: back on track!!

  6. updating everytime i do the workout cuz it keeps me motivated :3

    Day 1:☑i could definitely feel the burn in my stomach
    Day 2:☑it was way easier to finish than yesterday
    Day 3:☑
    Day 4:☑i'm starting to enjoy the workouts, they're a great way to finish the day✔

  7. doing this until im happy with results. im also doing the other workouts on my workout every day page.

    day 1: ✅ big burn
    day 2:✅ less burn, stomach not as bloated

  8. Going to do this everyday/second day
    Day 1: ✅ not too bad I’ve done this before but not for like 4 months lol the last excersise is soo hard😵
    Day 2: ❌ felt the burn today I did treadmill instead today
    Day 3: ❌ had a really busy day so didn’t do it
    Day 4: ✅ did it was super tired today so skipped dead bug, that stuffs hardd

    Coming back tomorrow for day 3
    Day 3 did I easily and I was so surprised that I could do the hundreds without struggling and I looked in the mirror and seen a little 4 pack so now ik I can finish before August 24❤️

  10. Im starting to day and ill try to do it every day!
    Day 1:✅️ went great felt a burn but was alr!
    Day 2:✅️ i feel the last days burntt, and i again felt it :*)
    Day 3: ✅️have seen a small chance, bloating is less nodicable
