Yes that's what I wanted .A yoga for healthy body and healthy mind I always skip the yoga for weight loss.
I agree completely! However I have to say it can be hard NOT to think about what I look like compared to other yogis since the absolute majority that I see online are skinny. I think this is an issue for so many women today, unfortunately.
I am doing it to be more healthy but also to be a bit more flexible I would love some tips for a complete beginner starting from home if you have the time of course I do love your videos either way

Both how the body looks and feels are important. Looking good can lead to feeling good: However, feeling good not always leads to the same sentiment with the appearance: ex. Overeating, relaxing too much can feel amazing but often leads to awful physical looks. .
We appreciate you Charlie. When I first started, it was suggested by my doctor for pain management and it naturally calmed my nervous system and got me in the position where I was intentionally moving every day. I noticed changes in my body, but I wasn’t looking for them I think the fitness world has conditioned us to only think about exercise in that way and that is why I love and respect you.
Well, sometimes weight loss is crucial for positive health and isn't necessarily a "looks" focused goal.

Im practicing hot yoga, yogalates, barre bare , sculpt , my plan was to get slim have abs and to grow my lower body 😢 cz I was so depressed cz I want to grow it.. because in crossfit, it will shrink, but it was the same or worst. I lost 1 inch on my glutes and legs. It's fun

Yoga practices means different for everyone. I personally like it for : Staying on my current weight and because it compliments my weightlifting. But I've learned also to listen to my body when it doesn't want to exercise.

Many people are shallow and superficial. I have anemia. Thats a big reason i do yoga. I already lost weight doing cardio and weightlifting. This is about my aging body not being able to do hiit exercises without a angry backlash from my body
