Thank u. This is the first yoga practice I’ve been able to complete since finding out I’m pregnant. I’m 25 weeks now. I’ve been having a hard time getting enough exercise in because being in my body has been uncomfortable— everything feels different than I’m used to; it’s been an adjustment. I feel proud today tho! 🎉😊
Felt really good. Finally I found a seated yoga for pregnant lady. As I am in early trimester, so really I am so tired even if this is just a stand up. But this is real good

Is it normal to feel more strained when doing these movements (instead of relaxed)? I'm still new to yoga & also just came from a nice long warm bath with Epsom salt – Wonder if I should be doing these yoga moves when I'm more tense in my body?
