  1. fantastic stretch ! ive been using this as my go to stretch ruitine for years now. its my favorite because im lazy and i dont like to get up and down and move around and i can do this stretch sitting in one place…. i add it after my wrokouts becuase i find that the usual 2 minute cool down is not enough and i need a longer stretch to avoid getting charley horse the next day…

  2. I’ve done this routine a few times at least now, and it does so much me both mentally and physically! I do have a question though. Sometimes during or when I am finished, my upper back feels tired. I wonder if I am leaning too far back trying to be on my “sit bones” and not slouch, or if my back is just so weak? Any ideas welcome 😊

  4. 36 weeks can't sit indian style anymore because of si joint pain 😢. I still worked through each one and will continue until delivery. I found it a little hard to breathe also but will work on that too. ❤

  5. I am 16 weeks and been struggling with butt and groin pain since 13weeks. This really helped me a lot now that the pain gets worse on my 16th week. I do this before going to bed along with a quick duck pose stretch and the one wear I use a chair to slightly bend. Pain goes away when I wake up and I slept really well haven't woke up in the middle of the night to pee

  6. I really love to do this stretching exercises! I do this everyday before i go to sleep it helps me with stress and calming down when i have panic attacks im now 23 weeks pregnant and I keep doing this everyday till my baby girl is born thankyouuuu sooooop much!!! ❤

  9. I know this video is a few years old now and you probably won’t see this comment, but Thankyou!!!!!! I have been having horrible sciatica and the moment I got up from this stretch it’s like the pains had melted away. ❤️ I’m going to try and do it every evening now.
