I loved this during pregnancy, it really helped. So much so that I just did it again 10 months postpartum. I'll look at your postpartum videos now. ❤
Thank you !
Thankk you ! it was amazng to workout out with you
38 weeks pregnant and struggling a little bit but this video was nice. 20 minutes is the perfect length
I like 20 minute videos. I am looking for a smooth delivery so if you recommended more time then I'm happy to go up to 35 min. This is my 4th pregnancy and I'm 32 weeks along. Thanks for your encouragement and positivity.
I’ve been needing this for my back!! Thank you
I thought you were Reese Witherspoon lol❤
Can I do this exercise at 28 weeks?
Please pick a card for me. I am 20 weeks pregnant and undergoing a lot of stress at work
Can you pick a card for me? -Devyn
I’m 4 weeks along as a first time mom at 25 and have been experiencing a lot of cramps, but I’m still very active, doing just dance, cardio, and weights. I’ve been a gym goer for 3.5 years and I always did yoga. I’m happy to have these videos while I experience this journey❣️
Nice!
Almost 36 weeks and could not do some of these.
Does anyone have any recommendations for yoga videos where the instructor is quite? This is like the 20th yoga video I have tried to watch where the instructor won't let there be a second of quite. I've tried muting it but then I miss the instructions or don't realize they we've switched to a new exercise.
New Sub! I'm 5 weeks today and recieve my ball on Saturday. I will be watching my whole journey 😊
I'm 32 weeks and this helped so much ❤ thank you
Thank you for the helpful video! Could you tell me what size ball is used in it? Do you recommend a particular size? Is there an ideal size for different stages of pregnancy, or is it just based on personal preference? Does the size really matter?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I appreciate your time and any insights you can provide.
Hi! Can I do this on the first trimester?
27 weeks here, and doing your classes regularly. Thank you! Ideally 30 minutes per class 🙂
30 minute videos are optimal 🤍
Sexy movements
can you read a yoga card for my girlfriend please, she's 32 weeks x
p.s you remind us of Miss Honey from Matlida x
How can I get the yoga cards?
I’m in 24 weeks.
my ball is too small and uncomfortable when i try these moves smh
32 weeks preagnet. Your video helps me so much, have alot of pain in my pregnancy. Only use your video through the pregnancy, yours are the best💕
I love your classes, thanks a lot. Great to practice the kegels too, I would not mind having kegel exercises in all your classes (that would gently force me to do those 🙂). Best wishes x
I was taking online classes from 9 – 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
You are literally saving our backs and body with your amazing videos thank you 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Hi, I am currently 31 weeks with my second child although this is my fourth pregnancy as we had a miscarriage followed by a stillbirth before my son was born. I did not enjoy my pregnancy with my son as I was sick the whole nine months and even more worried the whole time. The delivery went great but I had a complication post-delivery and the recovery was HARD and took me close to 3 months to physically feel recovered. I did yoga most of my pregnancy with my son but never found a good channel to follow and jumped from video to video. This time around I was lucky enough to stumble upon your page and it has been so good for me! I have been learning so many techniques, fun facts, and fun ways to experience pregnancy and it has really helped my mindset about the delivery process. Overall, I have found joy in this current pregnancy and have been enjoying it much more than my previous three but have been more nervous about the delivery than ever before and your videos have not only helped my physical ailments and soreness but has also been teaching me to have confidence in my body regarding the birth and postpartum phase. I do stretches or exercises with you once to twice a day and have also been listening to your informational videos more and more in my third trimester. Thank you for posting such positive, easy to follow, safe for pregnancy videos and for teaching me so many new things!
39 + pregnant
Thank you for all you do.
Could I get an affirmation please?
What size is this yoga ball?
35-45min 3rd trimester exercise & stretch with the ball!
Thank you for this. I think a good amount of time is around 25 mins 😊
I’d like you to pick a yoga card for me! And I have a question – is it desirable to feel a stretch in the linea alba during back bends, or should we back off from going too far if it’s pulling there ?
I loved this video and I would love more yoga ball videos for 3rd trimester 🙂 20-30mins is an ideal length
Can I do there stretches during 25 or 26 week?
36 weeks 5 days, and I think a 20-min stretch/light strengthening class is perfect at this stage! Prior to 35 weeks I was very comfortable with 30-min classes.
Am currently 20weeks and some days pregnant and your video is a great help my body was so sore and now I feel better,my abdomen doesn’t hurt as much,I would like you to help pick a baby prenatal pregnancy card thank you
Thank you so much 👍🏽❤️
I feel maybe this wasn't for TALL ladies – or my ball is much too small
I'm at end of 2nd trimester and amount of exercises was great for me I would only like longer relaxation part ☺️thank you 🙏
“Me”
Ma'am can we do this exercise in 8 th month
Please can I have my own yoga card? I’m only 8 weeks and a first time mum
Hi, 30 weeks pregnant. I would very much appreciate a longer class for yoga ball ! Loved this one! thank you for your videos, they are perfect for me ! thank you for your generosity !
Thanks for another lovely video. In terms of ideal length … I tend to prefer the 30 mins plus. But it is great to have the variety your channel kindly offers.
