  1. Easy to do but I had terrible results. I now have excruciating pain where I had none before and am back to square one with baby step walking and balancing issues. Don't know why others are having such positive results.

  2. This felt soooo nice, like first time in summer jumping in the pool… but it was good for 5sec and then the pain came back, ok to keep doing these all day long?

  3. OMG you’re a genius l did my pain is gone . Thank you so much l though l will never be normal again all l did was picking up my dog and l almost couldn’t walk after . Thank you again.😂

  4. How do you identify a actual problem with your back like I can’t get a $3000 cat scan or go in for a xray they just tell me I have a past injury and can’t help me can’t tell me what caused it unless I pay a ridiculous amount of money 😂 I would do anything to fix this pain I’m sure a lot of people are on board with me … I feel like we need to identify what’s actually causing it like I always fell asleep with my wallet in my pocket I heard that causes sciatica so I’m sure a lot of people are causing it themselves slouching watching looking at their phone and so forth but my question is what kind of professional can I just talk to and not be charged copious amounts of money to truly identify the issue 😅 I went to the er I went to my doctor I went to a chiropractors and it’s only became worse the doctor and er told me it’s a past injury so there’s nothing they can do so I need to contact a professional?? Professional what lol chiropractor is outta the picture who do you contact for back pain besides a chiropractor? Honest question 🙋 sorry it took so long to ask but like huh? 😂

  5. I am so glad I found this doctor. I am 74 yo. I installed a heavy 12 volt battery this past week end, having to carry it about 20 yards to the car. I felt immediate lower back pain during and after. I tried ice then warm, then NSAIDS. No relief. I tried this maneuver this morning and most of the pain is gone. Thank you Dr Rowe.
