  1. Please guys do this exercise regularly if you are suffering from pcod or irregular peroids it will help.i did this only 2 times I got my periods….iam happy for this and I will do this yoga or exercise regularly thank you.

  2. Di meri period cycle 35 din ka h mujhe nhi pata mujhe kya problem hai but mere face or pet pe anchahe baal hai mene abhi tk shave nhi kiya hai or to or me 16 saal ki hun 😢bas itni age me mai aunty jesi dikhti hu pls help me 🥺🥺🥺

    After 15 days again i came to edit my comment
    Iam having PCOD from past 4 years. so many times i used medicine..
    And really felt bad by using medicines
    My last period date was 9/5/26 After that 3 months i started yoga after 15 days i got my periods
    Iam so happy❤❤🎉🎉 tq so much❤❤❤❤

  4. I am suffering from pcod but my periods is already regular means always I stays on my periods.
    😢😢
    Symptoms:- facial hair
    Weight gain
    Excess body hair
    Acne on face,back,neck and upper arm
    Hair loss 😢

  5. I am kinda scared to do this much posses that trigger uterus. Cause last time I did yoga I got periods in just 2-3 days of doing it, and my periods had stopped just few days ago and I got another periods. And that periods were also stopped forcefully by taking meds because they weren't stopping for month. And then I again got periods and they went for like another 12 days. So now I'm scared to do yoga too😭

  7. Mughai 6 months sai period nahi ho rahai mai nai medicine bhi li hai phir mughai ek month hoi thai leikhen ab phir sai stop ho gai please tell me ab mughai kiya karna chiya kiya yeh yoga kaam karai ga plz reply 😢

  8. Maine ye yoga kiye 10 din baad mere periods aagye merko 3 mahine se periods nahi aaye the to aap bhi yoga kro,acha khao irregular periods ki smasya dur ho jayegi or butterfly pose or chakki pisne wala pose ki exercise jarur kro
