I had severe pain in my lower back. I visited many doctors, but they were not able to fix my problem. Just by doing her exercises, the first time I felt a big relief, and the second time I felt no pain in my lower back. I will keep continuing her exercises. Thanks for making this video.

You just saved me a back injury, thank you. 43 year old dude here. 205 lbs lifting and making gains but back hurts for days. I do this it's gone. This isn't an option anymore as an older man. Shout out to the middle aged men that ain't invincible anymore. Btw this shit hurts like getting a massage when your back is knotted up. So it helps my mental toughness too 😅 also as a former obese dude. This is helping reverse the damage I did from that, that hasn't healed after I lost the weight.

I had a bad back injury almkst a year ago. While functionality in mh back has returned i still lack full mobility.
