    It works. It’s not that insanely hard, for someone who doesn’t exercise and hasn’t for some time. Especially so, for myself who has broken their neck and back and busted up my body pretty badly. I still, almost 20 years later, have some serious medical issues as a result. The first few times, I was legit sweating like it was my job 🤷🏻‍♀️😳.

    I am only like 10-15 lbs “over weight” but simply soooooo weak and out of shape.

    So this was my first attempt at rehabbing and regaining my ability to do much of anything.

    It made me sweat my ass off, and after about 10 times, it became easier and in only a couple months, doing this maybe 2x a week, I was stronger, more flexible, in far less pain and definitely felt better and looked better. It takes such a huge amount of effort and mindfulness to go from doing nothing and being so unfit, to this. But well worth the efforts.

  2. I felt so good after this, it is great when I don't have time to work out or when I just don't feel like it. I also practiced my backbends and my splits, and I've been improving a lot (can't say that about my push-ups tho 😂). Thank you, Juliana & Mark, for all you do! Sending you all peace 🤍
