  1. Good excercises, thank you 🤍 Though when the pain is strong, these won't be managable to do. My first help is to apply pain relief gel and then do a cat – cow stretch. After that, when pain is bearable, these excercises are really good 🙏 I have been experiencing lower back pain for a long time due to my work so I have tried a lot of techniques.

  2. lol…..yeah everyone has a stretch/ exercise……if they are really stumped, they ALWAYS fall back to strengthen your core! The answer is NO ONE HAS THE ANSWER!
