Hello sir mera height 5 feet 3 inch h mera weight 66 kg h mere back me problem h 2 operation hua h delivery time .mujhe weight loss Krna h me exercise krti hu aapka btaya hua but 2,3 days me mere back me problem aajati h bend nhi hopati ,aur mujhe bhukh bhut jyda lgta h me fast food nhi khati khana km kaise kre mera routine v 8 bje breakfast 12:30 pe lunch 4 bje snacks dinner rat me 9 pe hota h

Main 18 hr ki fasting krti hu ya ho jati hai kuki akeli rhti hu khana bnane me jaan jati hai meri lekin chai nhi chord pa rhi sir. Ek cup chai me 4 chammach shakar na hoto dimag hosh me hi nhi aata . Es chai se kese chutkara pay.. second me fastfood and oily food nhi khati mujhe pasand nhi lekin weight to haar hi nhi manta. Ya to ghar kha khaungi ya nhi khaungi fir bhi weight 79 hai😅. Haa koi medical problems nhi h kisi bhi trh ki . I am perfectly fit and fine..bs weight nhi ja rha sir… kya kru…
